4,000 Years of the Old Testament - 2,000 Years of the New Testament - 1,000 Years of the Covenant, Everything Is Within God's Plan

성경은 66권으로 이루어진 하나님의 말씀입니다. 이 말씀은 인간의 역사를 통해 하나님의 구속 사역이 어떻게 진행되었는지를 명확히 보여줍니다. 오늘은 "4000년의 구약 - 2000년의 신약 - 1000년의 언약"이라는 주제로 하나님께서 역사의 각 시대를 통해 어떻게 구속의 계획을 이루어 오셨는지 함께 나누고자 합니다. 

The Bible is the Word of God composed of 66 books. This Word clearly shows how God's work of redemption progressed through human history. Today, with the theme "4,000 Years of the Old Testament - 2,000 Years of the New Testament - 1,000 Years of the Covenant," I would like to share how God has accomplished His plan of redemption through each era of history.

1. 4000년의 구약: 하나님의 율법과 예언

4,000 Years of the Old Testament: God's Law and Prophecy

구약은 약 4,000년 동안 이어진 하나님의 구속 계획의 첫 번째 단계입니다. 아담으로부터 시작된 인간의 역사는 하나님과의 관계에서 멀어지며, 죄로 인해 타락하게 되었습니다. 그러나 하나님은 아브라함, 이삭, 야곱을 통해 한 민족을 세우셨고, 이스라엘 백성에게 율법을 주셨습니다. 이 율법은 하나님과 인간 사이의 관계를 회복시키기 위한 중요한 지침이었으며, 메시아의 도래를 예언하는 중요한 도구였습니다. 

The Old Testament represents the first stage of God's redemption plan, spanning approximately 4,000 years. Beginning with Adam, human history drifted away from God and fell into sin. However, God established a nation through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and gave the Law to the Israelites. This Law was an essential guide to restoring the relationship between God and man and served as a significant tool in prophesying the coming of the Messiah.

성경 말씀에 기록된 대로, “여호와의 율법은 완전하여 영혼을 소성시키며 여호와의 증거는 확실하여 우둔한 자를 지혜롭게 하며” (시편 19:7). 이 말씀을 통해 우리는 하나님의 율법이 얼마나 중요한지 알 수 있습니다. 율법은 인간의 죄를 깨닫게 하며, 그로 인해 하나님께 돌아가게 하는 도구가 되었습니다. 

As recorded in the Bible, "The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple" (Psalm 19:7). Through this Word, we understand the importance of God's Law. The Law made humans aware of their sins and became a tool to bring them back to God.

2. 2000년의 신약: 예수 그리스도의 구속 사역

2,000 Years of the New Testament: The Redemptive Work of Jesus Christ

구약의 예언과 율법이 있은 후, 약 2,000년의 신약 시대가 시작됩니다. 이 시대는 구약에서 예언된 메시아, 곧 예수 그리스도의 도래와 그의 구속 사역을 중심으로 합니다. 예수님은 인간의 죄를 대신하여 십자가에서 죽으심으로써 인류를 구원하셨습니다. 

After the prophecies and laws of the Old Testament, the era of the New Testament, lasting approximately 2,000 years, begins. This era centers around the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ, as prophesied in the Old Testament, and His redemptive work. Jesus saved humanity by dying on the cross in place of human sin.

신약 성경은 우리에게 “하나님의 은혜로 말미암아 믿음으로 말미암아 구원을 받았으니 이것은 너희에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이라” (에베소서 2:8)고 말씀합니다. 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로써 우리는 죄 사함을 받고, 하나님과의 관계가 회복되며, 영생을 누릴 수 있게 됩니다.

  The New Testament tells us, "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God" (Ephesians 2:8). Through faith in Jesus Christ, we receive forgiveness of sins, our relationship with God is restored, and we gain eternal life.

3. 1000년의 언약: 하나님 나라의 완성

1,000 Years of the Covenant: The Completion of God's Kingdom

마지막으로, 우리는 약 1,000년 동안 지속될 언약의 시대를 바라보고 있습니다. 이 시대는 예수님의 재림과 함께 시작되며, 하나님의 나라가 완성되는 시기입니다. 요한계시록 20장 6절은 “이 첫째 부활에 참여하는 자들은 복이 있고 거룩하도다 둘째 사망이 그들을 다스리는 권세가 없고 그들이 하나님과 그리스도의 제사장이 되어 천 년 동안 그와 함께 왕 노릇 하리라”고 말씀합니다. 이 천년 왕국은 하나님의 영광이 충만한 시기이며, 모든 성도들이 그리스도와 함께 통치하는 때입니다. 

Finally, we look forward to the era of the covenant, which will last approximately 1,000 years. This era begins with the Second Coming of Jesus and is the time when God's Kingdom will be completed. Revelation 20:6 states, "Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years." This millennial kingdom is a time filled with God's glory when all the saints will reign with Christ.

이 모든 것이 하나님의 계획 안에서 이루어집니다. 구약 시대에는 율법과 예언을 통해, 신약 시대에는 예수 그리스도의 구속 사역을 통해, 그리고 언약의 시대에는 하나님의 나라가 완성되는 과정을 통해 하나님은 그분의 뜻을 이루어 가십니다. 각 시대마다 하나님께서 세우신 사람들이 있었고, 그들은 하나님의 계획을 따라 시대를 이끌어 나갔습니다. 

All of this is accomplished within God's plan. In the Old Testament era, through the Law and prophecy, in the New Testament era, through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, and in the era of the covenant, through the completion of God's Kingdom, God is fulfilling His will. In each era, there were people established by God, and they led the times according to God's plan.

결론: 시대를 초월한 하나님의 계획

Conclusion: God's Plan Beyond the Ages

우리는 이 시대에 살고 있는 하나님의 백성으로서, 하나님의 뜻이 이루어지는 과정을 보고 있습니다. 4,000년의 구약 시대, 2,000년의 신약 시대, 그리고 앞으로 다가올 1,000년의 언약 시대를 통해 하나님은 계속해서 자신의 구속 계획을 높여 가시며, 각 시대마다 그 시대에 맞는 하나님의 사람들을 보내셨습니다. 하나님은 언제나 시대를 초월한 계획을 가지고 계시며, 그 계획 안에서 우리는 하나님의 뜻을 따라 살아가야 합니다.

As God's people living in this era, we are witnessing the process of God's will being fulfilled. Through the 4,000 years of the Old Testament, the 2,000 years of the New Testament, and the upcoming 1,000 years of the covenant era, God continues to elevate His plan of redemption, sending the right people for each era. God always has a plan that transcends the ages, and within that plan, we must live according to His will.

우리는 하나님의 계획이 우리를 통해 이루어지기를 간절히 소망하며, 그분의 말씀을 따라 살아가기를 다짐해야 합니다. 하나님의 계획은 언제나 이루어지며, 우리는 그분의 도구로 쓰임받을 때 가장 큰 축복을 누리게 될 것입니다.

We must earnestly hope that God's plan is fulfilled through us and be determined to live according to His Word. God's plan will always be accomplished, and we will experience the greatest blessing when we are used as His instruments.
